The IntroductionInternational Platinum Club (IPC) started business with brick and mortar merchandising stores, shopping programs, online shopping portal, and attracted thousands of customers by creating its own loyalty and shopping programs. In order to grow awareness of e-commerce and payment system related products to its customers, the company had progressed into a strategic partnership with China International Public Relationship Association. The purpose of forming CPRA IPC Service Alliance is to provide a join-platform to promote the cooperation among China and Malaysia small and medium-sized enterprises.
